Toybox 5 Converted Empty Toybox 5 Converted

Due to performance issues, with causes still unknown, Toybox 5 will be converted into a regular 4 slot server. This will hopefully reduce the server load and any stress applied to the Toybox plugins that are potentially causing its crashes.
