I've seen a lot of the (flame) clan guys loitering around the servers lately but haven't seen that guy yet.

If he's deleting everyones stuff it shouldn't be hard to pass an in game votekick for an immediate solution. The Toybox Admins are on their shit but unfortunately we all have lives and can't be 24/7 server support. However I'll keep my eye out for that player.
