I was playing on TB server and we kick some1 for spammimg mollies, nades, and props and i had feeling the kid would get on another acc and he did i could tell cuz the kid had same voice as other one and spawned same props over and over again and was wondering if it bans that same persons acc from going into that game

A vote kick ban only lasts 5 minutes.

And no, a different Steam Account means a different Steam ID.
