Since we only have 2 servers and sometimes it is hard to find a spot in one of those servers I purpose that anyone who has stayed in the server for 1 hour will get auto-kick and have a 30 minute ban from both servers so someone else can join.

That would only cause more issues and piss more people off.
I know I wouldn't want to get auto-kicked midway into a build project. That's just lame.
