TB vote spamming Empty TB vote spamming

Putting a time penalty on the votes was a great idea to keep kids from spamming restart. However, recently, kids have taken to spamming the TB vote start button. For some reason, they think just because I voted no once, means I will vote yes 5 seconds later. Can we possibly have a time penalty added to this vote too?

Isn't there a 60 second cooldown between !start votes?

I saw a kid do it twice within 30 seconds
