How do i make binds?

Hello!
i wanna know how to bind for example a chain link gate to "b"
the user bloo8 gave me the code and i wrote it in
console and then it worked, but then the server/game crashed
so my bind disappeared.
it was something like this:
bind b "props/something props/de_train/chainlinkgate.mdl"
plz reply!

bind "key" "prop_dynamic_create <path of prop>"
